RivaPetz Order Information and Privacy/Security Policy

Please note that all prices listed on our site are in Australian dollars and include GST.

We have endeavoured to make your shopping experience with us as simple as possible and we ask that if you have any problems with the ordering process that you contact us.

You can order with us by:

1. Secure on-line purchasing - VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Cheques will not be accepted.

2. Faxing - Simply choose 'Fax' from the payment choices and proceed to the checkout. Print out the final 'Thank You' page and fax it to us on
08 8582 1711.

3. Phone - Our phone number for orders or enquiries is 08 8582 1344

If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your order. Your orders will be attended to promptly and we will advise if there are any delays with providing products.

POSTAGE

All goods purchased via our online store will be delivered via Australia Post.

Freight will be charged at the following rates:

OUT OF STOCK  
If you place an order and we happen to be out of stock of the product we will advise you and you can choose to wait for the stock to arrive or you may cancel the order.

RETURNS
While all care is taken in packaging your goods, RivaPetz will not be responsible for any goods received damaged, due to shipping. (If damaged due to shipping the customer will need to contact Australia Post).

Items purchased may be returned but refund or exchange is at the discretion of RivaPetz Petcare. A receipt is required of your initial purchase. No refunds or exchanges are given on clearance sale items.

RivaPetz policy is to not give refunds but will credit a client's account against future purchases. A receipt is required of your intitial purchase.

As a general rule, exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to RivaPetz Petcare:

Goods should be returned via registered post together with proof of purchase invoice. (postage  for the return of goods is at the customers cost)

Postage and handling charges on returned goods are not refundable. If we do accept returned goods we will exchange items freight free.

PRIVACY POLICY
At RivaPetz Petcare we are committed to protecting your privacy.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

RivaPetz Petcare is NOT involved in the selling, trading, sharing or any other alternative unauthorised use of personal information.

Your online credit card transactions are secure with RivaPetz Petcare. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the
industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information.
